The Skanska Group consists of Skanska a.s.
and its subsidiaries in the Czech and Slovak
Republics. Skanska a.s. is comprised of six
divisions: Building Construction West, Building
Construction East, Road Construction,
Railway Construction, Production, and
Resources.
In Slovakia, the Group operates through
undertakings that organizationally are part
of specific divisions and are managed by
Skanska SK a.s. The Group’s scope of business
includes construction and development
activities, in particular transport, civil, housing,
engineering and industrial construction and
Facility Management.
